Just what I needed!

My daughter wanted to make tutus at her birthday party. This was perfect! It had a wide range of colors for a great price. There wasn’t much of the elastic, (at least not enough for 4 10 year olds) but we ended up using ribbon anyways. We made 4 very full tutus and have plenty of left over for next time.
