Cải thảo tẩm bột chiên trông như những miếng chả, có màu sắc vàng ươm bắt mắt. Khi ăn có thể chấm tương ớt, tương cà hoặc pha thức chấm từ 2 muỗng canh nước tương, 1 muỗng canh rượu vàng và 1 muỗng canh giấm. Tùy theo khẩu vị gia giảm cho phù hợp nhé!
