Canh gà nấm đông cô là món ăn ngon và bổ dưỡng cho bữa cơm gia đình. Món canh có thịt gà chín mềm dai, nấu cùng nấm đông cô, nấm linh chi nâu, kỷ tử... rất thơm ngon. Cách nấu canh gà nấm đông cô cũng khá đơn giản. Chịu khó hầm canh gà trên ở lửa nhỏ thì món canh sẽ đậm đà hơn.
Rửa sạch thịt gà, chặt nhỏ, ngâm thịt gà trong nước một lúc để loại bỏ máu rồi vớt ra, để riêng. Cạo sạch vỏ gừng, rửa sạch cắt lát mỏng. Ngâm nấm đông cô vào nước cho nở rồi thái làm tư mỗi nấm. Rửa sạch nấm linh chi nâu. Cho tất cả nguyên liệu vừa sơ chế (từ nấm linh chi nấu và kỷ tử) vào nồi, đổ vào khoảng 1-1.5 lít nước.
Nêm vào nồi canh gà nấm đông cô gồm 1 muỗng cà phê muối, 2 muỗng canh rượu vang. Đậy kín nắp vung lại đun sôi rồi chuyển sang lửa vừa, đùn tiếp trong 40 phút.
Thêm nấm linh chi nâu vào nồi canh gà nấm đông cô, đậy nắp và đun tiếp 10 phút. Sau đó vào 10g kỷ tử, nấu canh gà khoảng 5 phút nữa là xong. Nêm gia vị ít hạt nêm cho vừa miệng nhé.
