Thịt gà rửa sạch, để nguyên, cho vào nồi nước cùng 1/2 muỗng cà phê muối, luộc chín. Khi thịt chín, gắp ra, xé thịt gà thành miếng nhỏ, giữ lại phần xương gà và nước luộc gà.
Măng khô ngâm mềm, trụng qua với nước sôi 3 lần cho sạch. Cho măng gà xé sợi vào nồi nước luộc gà cùng xương gà, nấu sôi nhỏ lửa khoảng 5 phút. Nêm gia vị 1/2 muỗng cà phê muối, 1/2 muỗng cà phê bột ngọt, 1 muỗng cà phê hạt nêm cho vừa ăn.
Miến ngâm nước lạnh khoảng 15 phút cho nở mềm. Để tiết kiệm thời gian, bạn có thể ngâm với nước ấm sẽ nhanh nở hơn.
Cho miến ra tô. Thêm thịt gà, hành lá lên trên. Chan đều nước dùng gà vào. Rắc chút tiêu để làm tăng thêm hương vị món ăn.
