Cá mó chiên mắm tỏi với thịt cá mó chiên chín vàng, ngấm đều mắm tỏi, vị mằn mặn, béo béo rất kích thích đầu lưỡi. Món này ăn với cơm nóng là bao sạch nồi cơm luôn nhé!
Cá mó rửa sạch, ngâm với nước muối 10 phút rồi vớt ra để ráo nước. Đun nóng 2 muỗng canh dầu ăn rồi cho cá vào chiên.
Ớt, tỏi băm nhuyễn rồi trộn với 2 muỗng canh nước mắm, 1 muỗng canh đường thành hỗn hợp nước mắm tỏi ớt sền sệt. Khi cá vàng đều các mạt thì cho hỗn hợp nước mắm tỏi ớt vào chảo cá, để cá ngấm vị thêm 3 phút là tắt bếp.
